The Grand Prix sidecar boasts a fiberglass body with a gleaming gelcoat finish in your choice of black or white. But if you’re feeling adventurous, a multitude of other colors are available upon request.
Classic Touches:
Traditional details abound, from the polished aluminium beading that graces the nose to the cast luggage rails on the boot lid and the sturdy cast aluminum footplate.
Passenger Comfort:
Your passenger will travel in utmost comfort, nestled in a plush upholstered bucket seat. A generous Lexan screen shields them from the elements, while hydraulic suspension smooths out any bumps in the road.
Built to Last:
The distinctive perimeter chassis is crafted from 1.5″ tubular steel, powder-coated in black for exceptional durability. The polished stainless steel front section (pictured) is now an optional extra, due to significant increases in the cost of materials. Iron lugs for the body and suspension mountings ensure a solid and stable connection. Front and rear indicators, a stop lamp, and a rear reflector come standard, along with a tonneau cover.
Custom Options:
Take your pick of either 16″ wheels with stainless steel spokes or 10″ cast aluminum wheels, both paired with matching mudguards. The front chassis rail can be ordered in polished stainless steel, which adds a touch of elegance. You can even opt for an all-weather hood for added protection.
Different Sizes to Suit Your Needs:
The Grand Prix design comes in two variations to fit your preferences. The GP700 boasts a wider body, perfect for accommodating an adult and child or two children. For smaller motorcycles, the GP Manx offers a lighter and shorter option.
Left or right side fitting
Watsonian Grand Prix sidecars are designed to be fitted on either the left side or the right side of the motorcycle, to comply with laws and driving conditions in your region.
