Velorex Sidecar for Spares or Repair – Damaged Project Unit with Replacement 20mm Axle

This Velorex sidecar is offered for spares or repair following a road traffic accident and is ideal for restoration enthusiasts or for use as a parts donor. The unit cannot be used in its current condition and will require mechanical repair before returning to service. The primary damage is to the main chassis where the original 15mm wheel axle has bent. A 20mm replacement axle is included with the chassis; however, installation will require the original axle to be drilled and pressed out of the swing arm, with the mounting hole accurately bored before fitting the larger axle. The wheel remains surprisingly straight and round and can be reused once the bearings are replaced to accommodate the 20mm axle. The mudguard is undamaged, though it has a previously welded internal rust repair that is not visible externally. The fibreglass body has cosmetic damage but is repairable.
